Very littel information is known regarding the person calling himself W🗲red. The data gathered so far tells us that he was born on December 7^th. This helpful bit of information was inadvertently given to us during an encounter with W🗲red when he stated that it was his birthday.

It is also known that his legs do not work outside of the armor he wears as in that same encounter he stated that he could not give up the armor since it meant he would never walk again.

And we know his armor is stolen tech. Here is what we have gathered:

On December 31^st, 2054, in a glorious hack that astounds hackers around the world, the person known as W🗲red breaks through all the virtual firewalls surrounding the most heavily guarded data servers on Earth, Area-51.

With limited time, W🗲red searches for, and finds, the plans for a suit of armor, made of alien tech and materials, that can bend time giving he wearer the appearance of super-speed. It is also designed to be worn by anyone, whether they have working legs or not, like W🗲red.

With some deft keystrokes W🗲red gets the armor scheduled to pack up and ship to another military base for testing. Then he plants a bug that will automatically alter the shipping destination enroute, sending the prototype armor to his home.

At the same time a worm will activate eliminating all tampering and scrubbing the shipping manifest completely, making it impossible for the government to trace the hack or the shipping destination.

While it is not completely known how long it took for W🗲red to assemble and reprogram the armor, we do know that the first use of the armor occurred on February 21^st, 2057.

A team was sent to investigate the temporal disturbance in the New Jersey Protectorate, when they received an emergency call regarding a teenager becoming encased in pure plasma energy. The team never was able to determine the exact location of the temporal disturbance, nor the location of the stolen suit of armor.

With each appearance of W🗲red in his armor, we grow closer to pinning down his location. Our team has narrowed the search to the western half of the country and stands ready should he show himself again. Meanwhile, the government has approached the United 8 of North America for assistance in this search. There has been no word, yet, on their decision.

Superior-level Intellect: Though it is hard to gauge W🗲red's intellect, his genius is nothing short of super-human by modern standards. With just a few keystrokes he is able to command technology that even Area-51 is still studying, and has made breakthroughs in time travel and in robotics thanks to his study of his new armor. W🗲red is the only known time traveler who possess the ability to travel through time without creating divergences. In fact W🗲red, based on his ability to travel through time, theoretically has access to technology from any century, and presumably from alien worlds as well.

Indomitable Will: Through sheer force of will, W🗲red managed to work beyond his physical limitations and find a way to not only improve his life, but to one day help make sure no one else has to endure becoming disabled.

Neurokinetic Armor:

The hacker who goes by the name, W🗲red, managed to gather data from Area-51 and construct an exo-skeletal armored suit that possesses a connection to the Bowen Force that allows its users to push the boundaries that keep time and space. As such the armor stores this energy and produces a time-bending field within its shell, causing all aspects of the wearers physiology to become accelerated and enhanced, while in the suit.

W🗲red's armor is actually a prosthesis as without it, W🗲red is forced to use a wheelchair to get around. The armor, designed by Area-51 scientists and engineers, whose plans were stolen by W🗲red during a truly righteous hack, is produced from a rare synthetic alloy that is the exact same as Sentinel's Shield. It is neurokinetic, meaning it responds to his thoughts and emotions almost instantaneously. Though W🗲red has no powers on his own, his armor endows him with rough equivalents of super-human powers and abilities such as:

Artificial Intelligence: W🗲red has somehow managed to also upload an A.I. version of the magical programming of Angãraka into the armor. It reconfigured itself into a form similar to Angãraka and has taken the name of Simon.

Concussive Bolts: W🗲red can fire concussive blasts from the finger tips of his gauntlets; these blasts have the force of several tons of dynamite.

Durability: The armor has a built in force-field that extends from 2 feet away from his body, outward to 20 feet in all directions. It can withstand even a nuclear strike at point blank range.

Energy Blasts: Expel destructive energy blasts, magnetic rays, fire-extinguishing foam and is capable of suspending matter in mid-air.

Enhanced Strength: Gives W🗲red the ability to lift 5 tons.

Flight: The armor allows W🗲red to hover above the ground or fly at tremendous speeds, with complete control of gravity around him.

Neurokinetic Interface: As W🗲red's armor is capable of forming various weapons somewhat similar to that of The Engineer as well as being able to alter its appearance and shape. For example, it might manifest spikes if someone tried to grab it.

Time Travel: W🗲red's armor can create temporal divergences, giving him the ability to travel through time.

Video Communicator: Built into the right wrist is a video communicator, which he can use to stay in contact with his bases from any point in the time-stream.

Superhuman Speed:

Localized Chronokinesis: W🗲red has the ability to alter time relative to himself, as opposed to utilizing the Bowen Force like most other speedsters do. He can apparently use this ability to move at "speeds" rivaling those of even Deadrun, fastest of the speedsters, and usually, "faster" than the speeds that even Flair can muster in most cases. Since W🗲red isn't actually moving at super speed (rather, he is greatly slowing down time relative to himself), he can make himself so "fast" that even most of the speedsters look to him to be moving in slow motion. The temporal nature of his speed allows him to avoid the usual problems encountered by other speedsters (friction, seeing and hearing at such near-light speeds, etc.), whose automatic and unconscious use of the Bowen Force overcomes those problems. As he is moving at a normal velocity, and the rest of the world is "slow", those hindrances simply do not affect him. This aspect also means that he is unable to become intangible like other speedsters can by vibrating their molecules at certain frequencies, giving them a distinct advantage. He can use his manipulation of time to speed up the molecules of an object or being causing them to vibrate till they explode. He also has the power to steal someone else's personal time by pushing them backwards down their own timeline.
