Named after the first female Vice President of the United States, Kamala Bâtsôn was born in Bundesrepublik Deutschland to a former female US Marine officer who had fallen in love with a German soldier and the two of them, when their tours were over, settled down in Bundesrepublik Deutschland to raise a family. Two years later, Kamala was born.

When Kamala was five years old, her parents adopted a little boy named Kurt, whom they had seen in a orphanage when they had gone to deliver toys.

Divine Empowerment:

While Kamala knows she has been granted powers by some deity...or even several of them, she still does not know which one, or ones, and is hesitant to use them as they could be a trick. All she knows is that when she says the magic word, "Parakram" (pa-ra-krum), she gains the following abilities:

Accelerated Healing Factor: Kamala can use the transformative lightning to heal others or oneself instantly, but it would also trigger her transformation. Even without using the lightning, she is capable of rapidly healing from injuries such as bullet wounds; however, use of her other powers interrupts the healing process, requiring Kamala to maintain her normal appearance while recovering. Extensive healing also leaves Kamala heavily fatigued and hungry; although, it appears the more she utilizes her healing ability, the less malleable her cells become, which prevents her from utilizing the full range of her morphogenic abilities.

Agility: SUPERHUMAN: MALLEABILITY

Bioluminescence: Kamala's body emits a glowing yellow energy signature when using her morphogenic powers.

Clairvoyance: The ability to understand situations from many angles, including future and past consequences with superhuman clarity and accuracy.

Divine Grace: Innate luck and divine guidance that allows finesse in actions and in dealings with others.

Morphogenetics:

Kamala's cells manifest mutable properties due to the fact that she is able to share her mass through time with different versions of herself. On a molecular level, Paragon time-travels whenever she uses her powers. Kamala can stretch, deform, expand, or compress her entire body or parts thereof into any contiguous shape she can imagine for a variety of uses:

Appearance Alteration: Kamala possesses the power to alter her physical appearance including her hair and clothing, and could even alter her appearance enough to mimic inanimate objects. Paragon feared she had lost this ability due to her healing factor reducing the elasticity of her cells, but this power is still present and is used on rare occasions, such as when she impersonated Scrapmetal during a conversation with The Engineer.

Elongation: Kamala can extend her limbs, torso, or neck to great distances.

Size Alteration: Kamala can adjust her height and stature adding upon her already impressive physical abilities, from shrinking to the size of an action figure, to grow as tall as a building structure. With this ability she has also made her body as thin as paper.

Biokinetic Polymer Suit: Invented by Mr. Excelsior, the polymer is made of his fluctuating nanites and is lesser version of his suit. When the polymer (or "super snot" as Kamala calls it) is applied to a flexible substance, the substance becomes extremely malleable. The increased elasticity allows Paragon to focus less on transforming her clothing during her metamorphoses. Unfortunately, the suit is highly susceptible to damage by exposure to salt water.

Compartment Bracelet: A series of bangles with hollow compartments inside, modified into a single bracelet worn on Kamala's left arm to hold her cell phone and other small items.

Electromagnetic Pulses: Paragon's body is vulnerable to EMPs, which can weaken her elasticity. Ironically, her own lightning transformation seems to be able to restore her abilities.

Intolerance: Kamala is lactose-intolerant.

Overexerted Healing: Overuse of her healing factor temporarily weakens Paragon's elasticity powers.

Vulnerability to Electricity: She can be reverted to her alter ego with enough electricity (as per Ele'ele 'O Rokk's bolts). She is a common woman in her alter ego, as mortal as anyone of her age.
