Yuriko Wu-San did not always go by that name. Each new country she would take on a different name. Her specialty was corporate espionage and she was the best there was. Until she met Kayenc ali-Ban from Haiti. He was visiting on business, he said, when in truth he had been sent to kill her. But when he saw her in action he saw in her a ruthlessness and hunger for the kill that he had been looking for.
He confronted her with the information he had gathered about her double-dealing and illegal business decisions and threatened to expose her unless she would be the mother to his child that he would raise without her. Feeling trapped in a corner, she agreed as long as he paid her a substantial amount of money. He agreed and the two consummated the deal that night.
The next morning he left, confident in her being pregnant. And she was, but she was not going to let him get away with blackmailing her. So she packed everything up and skipped the country, changing her name and appearance. Unfortunately, it was that last detail that would start her down a path she could not have predicted.
In order to truly change her appearance, she consulted a mystic who knew of a blood-rite ritual that could not only change her appearance, but could make those who have known her, forget her. This was exactly what she wanted and she agreed before the mystic could give her all the details. All night she drank the potions she was given, inhaled the smoke around her and called upon the forces that would erase her from the minds of those in her past. Not once did she consider what all of this was doing to her unborn child.
Starting over, in Ciudad de México, Imperio Mexicano Unido, with plenty of money, a scarred visage and an immense understanding of the business world, Yuriko, now calling herself Slādé Kaine gave birth to her son, Pedro.
Ten years later, Slādé was finally caught and arrested for her child abuse as well as corporate espionage. After an excrutiating questioning in a Mexican jail, she was found guilty without a trial and was going to be sent to a maximum prison. Enroute her transport was hijacked by Kayenc ali-Ban. After freeing her, he beat her and drugged her, stealing her away to her home country of Bhārat Gaṇarājya where he threatened to turn her over to the government if she did not tell him where the child was.
Bewildered she questioned him on how he remembered her and found that he kept a journal with photos of everything in order to remind himself should something like this ever happen. Impressed and scared, she gave in and told him of their son, his gifts, and his autism. Kayenc let her go, crumpled, broken and dying; he dumped her body outside of a underground illegal science lab he knew of and disappeared.
The lab was one of many owned by Ivo Horton and he happened to be in town that night. Seeing his chance at practicing cybernetic engineering on a living specimen, he began replacing her broken body parts with cybernetic enhancements...all without anesthesia. She screamed for a long time before passing out.
When she finally awoke, she had become a perfect killing machine.
She had become Lady Khaalida.
Powers
Cyborg Physiology:
Lady Khaalida possesses various superhuman attributes as a result of allowing herself to be transformed into a cyborg.
Cybernetic Healing Factor: As a result of receiving an upgrade from Ivo Horton, Lady Khaalida is able to rapidly repair damage done to both her cybernetic and organic parts within a brief period of time. She has proven capable of fully repairing damaged or destroyed cybernetic and organic tissue inflicted by Trident's claws within the span of a few minutes. The more extensive the damage, the longer her reconfiguration program takes to repair her body.
Cyberpathy: Lady Khaalida is able to cybernetically interface her consciousness with external computer systems, allowing for direct data access to her brain's memory centers and granting her the ability to remotely operate digital & computerized systems.
Mental Resistance: Because her consciousness is part computer and can be backed up in non-organic databanks, Lady Khaalida is highly resistant to telepathy and brainwashing efforts that only target her human side.
Nail Manipulation: Lady Khaalida's main modus of offense are her ten extendable razor sharp fingernails she can elongate up to 12' (300 mm) in length each. The claws, much like her cybernetic skeleton, are laced with Nthbranium which enables her to cut and pierce through any substance. Except for other objects made with Nthbranium, her ability to tear through a substance is proportionate to the amount of strength behind her swings.
Superhuman Agility: Her agility, balance, and bodily coordination have all been enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Reflexes: Her reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of even the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Speed: Lady Khaalida is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: Lady Khaalida's artificial musculature produces less fatigue toxins than the natural musculature of an ordinary human. She can physically exert herself at peak capacity for several hours before fatigue begins to impair her.
Superhuman Strength: Lady Khaalida is superhumanly strong and is capable of lifting about 1 ton with supreme effort.
Abilities
Acrobatics: Lady Khaalida is an expert acrobat. She is able to race across roof-tops faster than most people can run and perform feats of parkour most people could only dream of.
Corporate Espionage: Her business accumen is so strong that she once was considered the greatest corporate "assassin" on the continent.

Martial Arts: Lady Khaalida is one of the deadliest martial artists in the world and is considered an expert in the art of Kenjutsu and other samurai warrior skills. Her lethal style of combat has allowed her to easily subdue Vigilante himself.
Multilingualism: Lady Khaalida is fluent in Chinese, English, Spanish, Hindi and Japanese.

Tactical Analysis: Lady Khaalida can analyze an opponent's body condition and fighting styles. She was able to tell Hellion had a damaged rib because he was subconsciously protecting it.

Weaponry: Lady Khaalida is an expert with many different types of weapon, whether ranged or melee. She has used flails, axes and scythes with expert proficiency, but her preference is to use her own nails.

Nthbranium Skeleton &Claws: Lady Khaalida's skeleton has been infused with Nthbranium. As a result, her bones have been rendered virtually unbreakable. Her fingers have been replaced with 12-inch Nthbranium claws that she is capable of extending to twice that length. Her claws are capable of cutting almost any known material, with the exceptions of Nthbranium itself and Sentinel's Shield. Her ability to slice completely through a substance depends upon both the amount of force she can exert and the thickness of the substance.
Katana: Prior to her transformation into a cyborg, Lady Khaalida wielded a five-foot-long electromagnetically tempered steel katana. She still has it, but rarely is seen using it.
Weaknesses
Cyberpathy Limitations: She does not seem to be able to access or control the N1ghtr@z☉r robot while N1ghtr@z☉r is within it. Same goes for W🗲red's armor, while he is operating it she is unable to.

Disfigurement: Lady Khaalida is scarred on the left side of face from a ritual design. She covers it up with her skeletal make-up.
