Alt-Enhanced Physiology:

Using an array of nanobots derived from technology created by Premier, Amadeus Okamura altered the structure of his cells to allow them to contain and use gamma energy. At first, he possessed powers and a form similar to Wrath, but when his savage personality started to take over, Cerebrale injected himself with another type of nanobots that he had created that were supposed to break down the Premier's nanobots. These counter-bots were concentrated in Cerebrale's brain and were intended to cause him to lose a portion of his powers; however, they were also designed to allow Cerebrale to direct them, so he used them to merge with his savage persona and can now assume a smaller and slimmer form than Wrath at will, changing from his normal human self, to his larger, taller and stronger form.

_____Durability: Virtually Indestructible: In his transformed state Cerebrale has a vast resistance to high temperatures and flames, he is able to survive Solar Flare's fire attacks and being set on fire without any lasting damage, although in both occasions it caused him pain. He has also taken blows from powerful opponents like Tiapolotautai without serious damage.

_____Regenerative Healing Factor

_____Rage Form: While his current physiology is statistically weaker than that of Wrath, Cerebrale has shown he can obtain those levels of strength, albeit temporarily, whenever he truly succumbs to his rage. When this occurs, Cerebrale bulks up into a larger, burlier more destructive form which can cause massive tidal waves and shake the planet at its peak.

_____Stamina: Demi-Godlike: In his Rage Form, Cerebrale can reach even Godlike Stamina.

_____Strength: Level-100: In his transformed state Cerebrale can easily shake the ground with his blows, pick up and throw cars and create powerful shockwaves by slamming his hands together.[87] He has displayed enough strength to hold his own in a fight against Tiapolotautai. In his Rage Form, Cerebrale has Incalculable Strength.

Superhuman Leaping: Thanks to higly developed musculature Cerebrale can leap great distances.

Intelligence: Superhuman:

Amadeus Okamura's mind operates like a hypercomputer, capable of rapidly performing an infinite number of unimaginably complex simultaneous calculations in his mind with minimal stimuli. He can quickly, simultaneously, and perfectly analyze multiple information streams (e.g. threat assessments) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations by identifying the variables and quantum possibilities in any situation, and he uses this information to adjust the outcome to whichever is most favorable to him.

Because his mind operates like a hypercomputer, he can process information quickly, which gives him a hyper-accelerated learning aptitude. He also possesses limitless information storage and retrieval, enhanced pattern solving/recognition, extremely high perception and observational skills, perfect deductive/reasoning and investigative skills, superhuman strategic/tactical analysis skills, and an eidetic memory (meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall). He is a noted super-genius who has shown to be able to create many technological advances which is whimsically inspired by many anime, manga, and superhero influences.

His hyper mind also makes him one of the most intelligent persons on the planet, ranking him somewhere in the Top Ten Smartest Beings (#8 here on Eden) alongside Mr. Excelsior, The Engineer, and Lord Ruin. Cerebrale specializes in physics, robotics, cybernetics, genetics, weapons technology, biochemistry, and computer programming. Elbarani, the Chronicler believes that Cerebrale is actually more intelligent than even some immortals and has claimed to The Librarian, who says that intelligence is essentially "pattern recognition," that Cerebrale sees patterns better than 99.999999993% of people on Eden.

_____Mechanical Engineering: He is an excellent engineer able to fix most machinery, most giant robots and computer hardware.

Suit: Cerebrale's outift has built-in Toyman-class artificial intelligence that enables flight, strength-enhancements, and force field generation for when he has not activated his artifical enhancements. Upgraded with Amaranthine technology (how he aquired this tech is still under investigation) , Cerebrale's costume provides him instant access to his gadgetry like the Stern-Braces which he wears on each arm.

Personal Computer: Cerebrale utilizes an extremely advanced computer of his own design, which he's housed inside the case of an old Nintendo Switch.

Stern-Braces: Braces worn on each arm that help stabilize the radiation within his cells caused by the nanobots when he transforms into his alt-enhanced self.

Stern-Discs: Thin plates about a foot across that can hover, they are sharp enough to slice through metal. Cerebrale installed them on his wrist braces to use as a melee weapon and can fire them as speeding projectiles.
