Elbarani possesses vast mental, physical, and energy-manipulating powers:

Cosmic Awareness: As the Omniversal overseer, Elbarani has eons of accumulated knowledge of trillions of dying Multiverses, their inhabitants and possesses a vast understanding about the working of the Multiverses of the Omniverse and their purpose.

Cosmic Conscience: Elbarani has very sharp cosmic senses.

Dimensional Travel: Elbarani is able to rip though the fabric of space-time to enter a Multiverse.

Disintegration: Elbarani can incinerate others with a mere gesture of his hand.

Energy Manipulation: Elbarani can manipulate cosmic energy, compared to divine levels. He has cosmic energy so powerful that it can rival Chernobog.

Flight: Elbarani can fly using psionic energies. He may also fly into hyperspace.

Force Field Generation: Elbarani can generate and manipulate Force Fields constructed of Cosmic Energy for a variety of effects:

_____Containment: Elbarani can project Force Fields around opponents, containing them and preventing their use of physical and energy powers.

Illusion Generation: Elbarani can alter his appearance at will assuming any guise he chooses. This is apparently a mental/psionic capacity not a physical shape-shifting ability like that of the alien Drurllons.

Immortality: Elbarani spent several thousands of years and even more watching and recording the dying realities of the Greater Omniverse. Elbarani is seemingly immortal (although degrees of maturity are evident), having bolstered the limits of his life forces with "nega-rays."

Nigh-Omnipotence: Elbarani possesses extreme powers and is protected by Merlyn Emrys, making him one of the most powerful beings in existence. Elbarani is capable of making his very errant wishes reality -- Elbarani can die simply by choosing to, yet is still capable of coming back to life by choosing not to be dead anymore. Elbarani has been proven able to block the telepathic probes of Chernobog. Elbarani is also believed to possess unbelievable immunity to physical damage, as even a weakened Elbarani proved more than capable of withstanding the combined force of the full-force strikes of Mirage, Centigrade and a blast from a molecular disruptor designed by Melltithio himself. He is also described as possessing the power to shatter worlds and set galaxies shaking.

Nigh-Omniscient: Elbarani is so in-tune with the universe he is observing, that he is aware of nearly everything that happens in that universe.

Resurrection: Elbarani can resurrect others.

Size Alteration: Elbarani is able to assume human proportion.

Telepathy: Elbarani is telepathic, able to read the minds of virtually every known form of sentient life and to project his thoughts into any mind. He can peer into the minds of others and see all their collective memories. He can resist all emotion-altering abilities with no issues at all.

_____Invisibility (Telepathic): Elbarani may render himself and others effectively invisible and completely undetectable (by the normal senses) to others' minds. This ability is so powerful that Elbarani was able to hide the entire Earth itself from the immensely powerful cosmic entity Chernobog.

Teleportation: Elbarani can convert his body into a form of energy in order to "teleport" through space at hyper-light speeds (it is likely that he traverses warp space to do so).

Time Travel: Elbarani can travel through time. He can take himself and others to any time, past or future.
