The Khreeund are a blue-skinned humanoid race of extraterrestrial beings that hail from the planet Khree-Un, in the Pamahala System located in the Large Magellanic Cloud. Khreeund Physiology:

Adaptation to their suns' powerful gravitational pull and high nitrogen content in the atmosphere has left the Khreeund with dense bodies that afford them superhuman strength and endurance. Outwardly the Khreeund resemble humans, with little exception through skin color or modified genetics. It is believed the reason why most Khreeund possess blue skin could be because high amounts of nitrogen deprive the body of oxygen and turn the skin blue-gray. Denser skin with increased muscle flexibility gives the Khreeund endurance, durability, and stamina twice the level of humans. They also have "duplicates" of several internal organs and usually require more nitrogen to breathe comfortably on Eden.

Gender Roles: Khreeunds have two sexes, and live approximately 70 years, although the reds sometimes live up to 140 years and have an average lifespan of 95 years. They reach sexual maturity between 14 and 16 years of age, and can usually reproduce up to age 50 or so for women and 75 for men. Unlike humans, the males also cease to be capable of reproduction, though at a later age than women.

"Seventh Sense": Khreeund women possess the potential for psychic abilities of various kinds, collectively referred to as a "seventh sense". This psychic potential has manifested as clairvoyance, precognition, or even lethal attributes. Some Khreeund women can reach into the mind of male-sex species to manipulate their desires or drain another's life force completely. Khreeund technology has since been created to discover and remove the powers surgically, and technorganic Bloodhounds were used to track down females reaching the adult age with those abilities.

Superhuman Durability: The Khreeund are very durable, while not bulletproof they are still fully capable of effortlessly shrugging off hits from beings such as Sentinel and are presumed to be capable of surviving much stronger hits.
