Amaranthine Physiology:

Cosmos is a member of the Amaranthine race of aliens and, while he does not possess all of them, possesses some of their attributes, like:

_____Cosmic Energy Control: All Amaranthine can control & project cosmic energy from their hands and eyes. Some are more powerful than others and some require specialized equipment to control it. Cosmos is one who requires specialized gear as his power seems to come from the multiverse and, therefore, is far more than usual for his species to handle.

_____Durability: Superior: Cosmos is resistant to blunt trauma like punches, kicks, and blows from weapons like bats and maces, though not -completely- immune; unless the blows are dealt by a being with similar or greater strength.

_____Immortality: Cosmos is functionally immortal and ceased aging physically. Unless he falls in battle, he is immune to the ravages of time, and could easily live for thousands upon thousands of years.

_____Stamina: Meta-Enhanced: Cosmos's stamina and endurance far exceeds that of a human. He can actually function at peak efficiency for almost 48-hours before needing to eat and rest.

_____Strength: Level-25: While not as strong as a member of the Amaranthine could be, Cosmos is still able to lift up to 15 tons without help from his powers. There is no known limit to his strength when his powers and Cosmic Bands are used.

_____Super Immunity: Cosmos has an extremely evolved immune system. He has developed immunity to a number of toxins and diseases.

Density Manipulation:

Cosmos control of cosmic energy, and that of the energy from the multiverse, grants him the ability to draw mass from the stars and induce them into objects and sometimes people. Doing so increases the mass of the object, not increasing the gravity around it; making the object heavy. He can also reverse this effect and make objects extremely light making them float away, unrestricted by gravity.

_____Black Hole Creation: He can create a black hole by using a simple object as a central point. Though the black hole is apparently dependent upon his powers to remain active. These black holes seem to act as wormholes to the alternate realities or the multiverse.

Weaknesses

Energy Bypass: Aside from telepathy, which his bands can be set to jam, quantum energy forms do not protect against psionic, magical, and/or extra-dimensional energies such as dark energies like what Shade and Dark Web employ.

Schizophrenia: A side effect of tapping into the energy of the multiverse, Cosmos sometimes will swap personalities with his alternate-universe selves. This can be confusing as it sometimes happens in mid-conversation. Thus far the only personalities that have introduced themselves are from alternate universes they call Earth-616, Earth-Prime, and Pre-Zero Hour.

Equipment

Starfield Suit: Designed by Merlyn Emrys the suit is unique as it is a map for the entirety of the current multiverse. The suit allows Cosmos to be the living gateway to the multiverse. When someone or something crosses over from another universe, the suit makes Cosmos aware of it and where to find them to send them back. If someone or something in this universe gets displaced to another universe, the suit notifies Cosmos and he mentally swaps places with his multiverse counterparts in order to find the missing person/thing and bring them back.

Weapons

Cosmic Bands: The bands draw upon quantum energy from the multiverse for a number of effects such as creating various kinds of constructs, shields, interstellar flight and a form of teleportation he calls "quantum jumping". More complex and powerful constructs take more time to create. An incomplete construct is essentially worthless. Constructs last until dismissed or destroyed, but requires attention to animate.

The bands are able to control energies of the multiverse to a high degree. He is able to project and absorb any variety of the electromagnetic spectrum from radio waves to light to gamma radiation.

Cosmos has programmed the bands to emit a "jamming wave" against telepathy.

Through the bands Cosmos is able to communicate with Mogaeago, Mālik, Cosmic Slip and Virgo, due to their cosmic awareness.

Containment Over Combat: Cosmos will often attempt to contain an enemy or potential threat before resorting to combat.

Light-Bending: Cosmos will often cloak his bands to be discrete; this allows him to make the bands themselves invisible, or project invisible quantum constructs instead of the typical radiant ones. It is unknown if he can extend this light-bending to himself or others.

Voice: If the Amalgam Universe 2.0 were to become a cartoon, the voice of Cosmos should be Ethan Peck.
