The following account cannot be verified and recent evidence suggests this tale to be faked. Whether Y Wrach Goch believes the story she tells or not is unknown. At this time, this is the only known account of her origins, as told by her. But, again, recent evidence my prove this to be false.

Once a soothsayer in King Arthur's court, after Arthur's "death" she was left without home or job.

Stumbling upon a Fae Circle, dying of starvation, she slit her wrists in order to die and have her soul transported to the Fae World. Instead her desecration of the Fae Circle called forth the evil side of the Fae in the form of a goblin demon. The goblin demon, who was the Avatar of Lies in disguise, gave her the ability to perform dark magic so that she could gain prominence in a court once more. But the demonic spell tapped into her hunger and caused her to always want more.

So she made a deal with the Avatar of Lies, and sold her soul for greater power and she became Y Wrach Goch aka The Red Witch.

It worked and she became extremely powerful and even managed to challenge Merlyn Emrys. But Merlyn won and Y Wrach Goch was banished into the Dark Matter Dimension, luckily for her. For the price of her soul had come due, but the Avatar of Lies could not find her and, hearing how Merlyn Emrys had "dealt" with her, the Avatar of Lies renounced his hold on Felelyne Pryaustr, Y Wrach Goch.

In modern times, when Paradox's powers first manifested, they created a rift in the Dark Matter Dimension, allowing Felelyne Pryaustr to escape.

During her time in the dimension she had felt the hunger build and her drive for more power increased until it became torture to not be able to escape. Once she was free, she knew and felt her soul was also free. As she no longer feared her soul being taken she was free to roam the world, stealing the health and power of other Homo Magi and relishing in her new life and increasing power.

Deception

Occultism: Felelyne has vast talents in spellcasting and has great knowledge of the occult.

Witchery:

Madelyne possesses the ability to cast a wide variety of simple and complex spells. Her witchery might is such that she has been shown to heal wounds, locate spirits inter-dimensionally, and work in conjunction with technology to restore life to the long dead. Her dark witchery also allows her to summon various goblins, demons, and other entities.

Meta-Mutant Physiology:

Though Felelyne claims to be a powerful, ancient sorceress, DNA taken from a recent battle between her and The Night's Guard suggest she actually may be the clone of another person. Further testing is needed once more samples come available, but it appears someone is growing/creating duplicates of past/current meta-mutants for some unknown reason.

At this time, these are the only Gifts thus far observed:

Telekinesis: Her telekinesis is powerful enough that Felelyne can move, lift, and manipulate large objects, channel her telekinetic powers to fire powerful, mental, concussive blasts, focus her psionic energy into a near-impenetrable force field, and levitate herself to fly at fairly high speeds. On a few occasions, she can make images in her mind become tangible.

Telepathy: She can read and manipulate the minds of others and even higher-order animals within a vast, potentially limitless, radius. Her notable powers include:

_____Mental Amnesia: She can erase any awareness of particular memories or cause total amnesia.

_____Mental Detection: Can sense the presence of another meta-mutant within a small but yet undefined radius of herself by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being.

_____Mental Paralysis: She can induce temporary mental or physical paralysis.

_____Telepathic Camouflage: She can mask herself, and other peoples' presence, from those around her. She can telepathically disguise herself, making her appearance to those around her quite different (changing the appearance of clothing, as well as more involved disguising).

_____Telepathic Cloak: She can mask her presence from being detected by others. Her abilities can, at times, go undetected or be counteracted by more powerful telepaths depending on their level of skill in using their own psi abilities. She can extend these defenses to others around her as well.

_____Telepathic Illusions: She can create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.

Demonic Empowerment:

After selling her soul to the Avatar of Lies, Felelyne Pryaustr had all her Gifts augmented to Sorcerer level. Even now, her powers have only slightly declined during her stay in the Dark Matter Dimension. Despite this, she is a master sorcerer now capable of affecting organic matter. Some of her new or enhanced abilities include:

_____Astral Projection: She can project her astral form from her body onto astral planes or the physical planes. In the physical plane, she can travel in astral form over vast distances. In the astral plane, she can mentally create psionic objects and manipulate the aspects of her environment. She can communicate with others astrally through her own will or through contact with the thoughts and memories of others.

__________Astral Teleportation: Teleport over long distances by psychokinetically shunting herself in and out of the astral plane (she has also shown to be able to carry additional weight, such as another person, when she teleported, but her limits were never fully tested).

_____Magical Senses: Felelyne is capable of communing with the souls of the deceased.

_____Resurrection: Felelyne is capable of fully resurrecting the dead under certain circumstances, as she brought REDACTED back to life.

Telekinesis: Her telekinesis has been greatly increased due to the Demonic Empowerment:

_____Reality Warping: She can bend the quantum strings that make up reality within a localized area through precise telekinesis.

Telepathy: Her telepathy has been greatly increased due to the Demonic Empowerment:

_____Induce Pain: She can also induce mental pain merely by touching the brow of her victim.

_____Mind Alteration: She can alter the minds of others by force of will, changing their personality partially or entirely.

_____Mind Control: She can control the minds of others upon mere concentration.

_____Mind Possession: She can possess the mind of another and use that being's body as her own.

_____Mind Transferal: She can transfer both her mind and powers into other host bodies if her own physical body could be somehow killed.

_____Psionic Siphoning: She can siphon the psychic energies from other psionic meta-mutants. She could then use the stolen psychic energy to boost her own powers or channel the energy into someone else to temporarily increase their psionic abilities.

__________Psionic Blasts: She can project psionic force bolts which have no physical effects, but which can affect a victim's mind to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness and turning someone brain-dead.

Childcare: One disturbing bit of information is finding out that Felelyne has experience being a nanny and even having her own childcare center for a time. It was closed after many of the children, over time, went missing.

Pilot: It is interesting to note that, despite being able to fly using her Telekinetics, Felelyne has experience flying different types of airplanes.
