History

Written by: Joshua W. Murcray

In the mid-to-late 38th Century, before undergoing the magi-scientific ritual that would turn B'Ngalo into the Avatar of the Tiger God, as was procedure, genetic samples were taken from him. His people were so few, the loss of any one person was a tragedy. Even if that loss was to become the avatar. A clone of B'Ngalo was created to replace him in the genetic pool in order for his line to not end.

But when outside-man invaded, and the original B'Ngalo was "slipsided" through The Second Future portal, the rest of the tribe was captured, including the clone of B'Ngalo.

The clone was found to have all of the original's abilities, talents, and even was able to access the powers the Tiger God had granted the original. It seems a terrible mistake in timing had been made the genetic sample was taken from B'Ngalo after he had already been chosen. Now the military of the outside nations had a clone they could train and manipulate with vast psychic powers.

Giving him the name Nathaniel Carter, the military warped his mind and trained him in his abilities to be a weapon of mass destruction. They code-named him Warhead and would send him in to hot-spot areas where he would single-handedly demoralize and decimate the troops or people, allowing for an easy victory.

His arrogance and cruelty grew as he slowly rose in power, well on his way to becoming the new Emperor of the World. Until one day, during a raid, he came upon a secret lab where the scientists had completed rebuilding The Second Future device that could send people back in time. Little did he know, despite his telepathic skills, that this device had been coded just for him and it was programmed to self-destruct in mid-transport, thereby scattering his atoms across the timeline forever.

During the raid, however, the device was triggered, and Warhead was sent through, but a programming error, a simple mistake of placing a period where a comma should be, and Warhead found himself alive, but seriously hurt, in the past. Back in the lab where the raid had occurred, the device did self-destruct, creating an explosion so massive that it wiped out the entire invading army, and left only a crater the width of the city.

Nathaniel Carter

Warhead would wake up, needing serious medical attention and finding himself in the year 2058 in Jumhurii Tojikiston, with only one desire, to kill all the Avatars who would stop him from becoming the Emperor of the World. But to do that, he needed followers and to get those he needed a cause.

Thus he created a new cult, promoting freedom of identity, autonomy and harmony. A cult that is slowly gaining in popularity. Now, The Church of Krakoa is centered in a chateau on the shores of Iskanderkul Lake in Jumhurii Tojikiston

Powers

Cloned Empowerment:

As a result of that clonal relation to Cyberian, Nathaniel Carter possess all of Cyberian's natural and avatar abilities. Warhead also possesses other abilities through genetic manipulation, like those that Cyberian achieved through cybernetic augmentation. His telepathy is stated to be far beyond Onyx's, who is stated to be the fourth most powerful on Earth.

Superhuman Agility: Warhead's agility, balance, and bodily coordination were enhanced to levels that were beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Reflexes: Warhead's reflexes were also similarly enhanced and were superior to those of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Stamina: Warhead's enhanced musculature produced less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of a normal human. Could physically exert himself at peak capacity for several hours before the buildup of fatigue toxins in his blood began to impair him.

Psionics:

Just like Cyberian, Warhead's primary powers include vast telepathic and telekinetic capabilities. Warhead's psionic powers are vastly superior to those of Cyberian's due to the fact that the vast majority of Cyberian's psionic powers are, unconsciously, being devoted to keep the Cyber-Virus, that had ravaged the left half of his body, from doing the same to the right side.

Astral Projection: Ability to astral travel and communicate with others through his own will or through contact with the thoughts and memories of others. In the Astral Plane, he can use his powers to create "ectoplasmic" objects. Warhead has a mastery of astral projection, and is able to remain on his own plane of existence or to traverse into any of the so-called "Astral Planes".

Intuitive Aptitude: Can disassemble complex devices explosively (separating every component, such as screws, nuts, circuit boards, etc.) and just as quickly, easily assemble complex devices. This also has enabled him to even attain awareness and control over objects as small as individual electrons in an atom. For instance, Warhead can detect if a seal were hermetic, or not, by checking for the presence of penetrating oxygen molecules. Can even detect and discern individual oxygen molecules, and determine the atomic weight of molecules, by the number of atoms present.

Mental Amnesia: Ability to cause loss of particular memories and amnesia in another person or even in a group of people.

Mental Detection: Can sense the presence of another superhuman within a small but as yet undefined radius of himself, by perceiving the distinctive mental radiations emitted by such a being.

Mind Alteration: Ability to alter the minds of others by force of will.

Mind Control: Ability to control the minds and even voluntary and involuntary bodily functions of sentient beings (such as other Humans).

Mind Link: Ability to develop a mental link with any person, which remains as a connection to that individual.

Mind Possession: Ability to possess the mind of another and use that beings body as his own.

Mind Transferal: Able to transfer both his mind and powers into other host bodies should his own physical body be somehow killed.

Mind Trap: Ability to take another person's mind from their body and effectively trapping that mind within his own.

Psionic Blasts: Can project psionic force bolts which have no physical effects, but which can affect a victim's mind, so as to cause the victim pain or unconsciousness and can even kill an adversary.

Psionic Shield: Ability to erect a psychic shield for protection of himself and of other minds. Warhead has proven very difficult to psychically assail, as he is very well skilled in shielding his own mind from mental attacks (such as attempts to read, control or harm his own mind), and has been sufficient to protect himself from other psychics.

Telekinesis: Capable of very fine control over objects, including himself. On larger levels, Warhead can levitate great weights, into the hundreds of tons, but his upper limit has remained undisclosed.

Telekinetic Flight: By levitating himself, he can "fly" at for very long distances and at varying speeds.

Telepathy: Ability read minds and project the thoughts of others.

Telepathic Camouflage: Ability to mask himself and other people's presence from those around him. Can telepathically disguise himself, making his appearance to those around him quite different (changing the appearance of clothing, as well as more involved disguising).

Telepathic Cloak: Can mask his presence from being detected by others. Can extend these defenses to others around him as well. Warhead's abilities can, at times, go undetected or be counteracted by other more powerful telepaths, depending on their level of skill in using their own psi abilities.

Telepathic Illusion: Ability to create realistic telepathic illusions and cause people to experience events which are not actually occurring.

Genius-Level Intellect: Warhead possesses a genius level intellect with access to scientific technologies and techniques far beyond that of contemporary science. He is especially knowledgeable of biology and genetics.

Master Combatant: Warhead is also a formidable combatant, though his experience and skill in combat situations pale in comparison with Cyberian's since he mainly relied on his powers.

Future Armor:

As Warhead he always wears his suit of armor constructed of an unnamed light, but highly durable, alloy from his time that helped render him even more resistant to physical forms of injury. The entire suit of armor is powered by his psionic energies and is controlled mentally. The armor grants him the following enhancements:

Armor:

Force Fields: Ability to create protective force shields that could deflect even the most powerful of attacks (even filter bacteria from the air). The upper limits of this ability remain unknown, but it is believed that he could probably protect himself from harm at the ground zero detonation of a 1 kiloton nuclear warhead (4.18 terajoules of energy from the heat, concussion and radiation effects). Warhead has also displayed such control over the fields as to shape them precisely, even to conform very closely to his body's form. There does not appear to be any correlation between field strength and the thickness of the telekinetic fields the armor can generate.

Superhuman Durability: Warhead's armor is actually merged with his skin, causing his skin to be more resistant to certain types of injury than the average human. For instance, Warhead's bodily tissues, when the armor is activated, can withstand great impact forces, such as being struck by a being with superhuman strength, that would either severely injure or kill a normal human, with little to no injury to show for it.
However, Warhead can use his psionic powers to generate a telekinetic force field around his body that further protects him from all forms of energy. The field can repel high caliber bullets and powerful energy blasts without Warhead being injured.

Superhuman Speed: The armor gives Warhead the ability to run and move at speeds that are superior to those of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Strength: The armor also grants Warhead superhuman strength that is sufficient to lift about 10 tons. In addition, Warhead can temporarily augment his strength to higher, unknown levels with the use of his telekinetic powers.

Gauntlets:

Concussive Blasts: Can project his telekinetic energies as powerful blast beams directed from his hands or eyes that can apparently affect matter with concussive force.

Visor:

Enhanced Vision

X-Ray Vision

Enhanced Hearing
