In 1990 Edwin Josiah Pennyworth was born in England.
In 2008, Edwin Pennyworth joined the Special Air Service at the age of 18.
Two years later, in 2010, Edwin Pennyworth is recruited into Military Intelligence, Section 5 (MI5) as an agent.
In 2022, Edwin Pennyworth, stationed on mission in República Bolivariana de Venezuela, gets military combat training in unarmed combat from SUPErMn, himself.
In 2038, tragedy strikes Edwin when Leslie Reyes Thompkins, his girlfriend and mother of Daishea Cecilia Thompkins, is killed in a nuclear missile strike while at work at a military base in England.
The very next day, Edwin rescues Daishea from her partially collapsed building. Her meta-mutant gland had activated, creating a force field and protecting her from the collapse of the multi-story apartment building on top of her. Edwin decides to take her in and raise her as his daughter.
Two days later, Francis Wayne is turned over to Edwin, who had flown his private jet from England as soon as he heard of Frank still being alive.
