Artificially Enhanced Alien Physiology:
Stargrave was enhanced with low levels of superhuman strength, durability, endurance and reflexes, and healing factor. Stargrave received treatments from Psaurion scientists that enhanced her physiology. Stargrave's powers are largely derived from her alien physiology; her body constantly absorbs ultraviolet radiation and converts it to energy, which can be used for a variety of purposes.

Flight: Stargrave possesses a flight capability which leaves a distinctive energy contrail behind, looking as if it is coming directly from her hair.

Linguistic Assimilation: She is also capable of assimilating other languages through physical contact with another person. She learned English by kissing Hellion.
Regenerative Healing Factor
Starbolts: The solar absorption experiments performed on her by the Psaurions granted her the amazing power to channel and project that same energy into destructive blasts called "starbolts". Cosmic Storm described these starbolts as highly concentrated solar energy that possessed incredible power. Stargrave also has the power and ability to unleash all her stored energy into a pseudo-nova blast. It is believed to be as hot as the sun itself, and so only used in dire situations.

Stargrave is said to be the most dangerous female in the Milky Way Galaxy. She is a highly accomplished athlete trained in gymnastics, hand-to-hand combat, the uses of the known weaponry of the galaxy, and stealth techniques.
