North American Idealism:

Protectorate's powers are proportionate to the North American's faith in the ideals of liberty and freedom.

Concussive Electromagnetic Beams: Protectorate can harness electromagnetic energy through his eyes allowing him to project energy for differing uses, like:

_____Dispersal Beams: These dispersal beams are strong enough to bore through rock or can be reduced in strength to knock an opponent down.

_____Graviton Beams: He can use his beams to alter gravitons of an object or person and lift them with just his eyes. So far, his biggest lift was a 747 airliner.

Fireworks: Protectorate can fire burst of energy of differing colors and spreads from his hands. These blasts are actually directed fireworks, just with more force.

Force Field: Protectorate can trigger a protective force field around himself at will. However, it automatically triggers if is flying or moving at high speeds.

Immortality: Protectorate's lifespan will last as long as the country he represents does. Should the United Protectorates of North America merge with any other country, Protectorate would "die" and a new manifestation would come into being, this one representing the new country.

Interdimensional Teleportation: Protectorate is able to transport himself and others to a pocket of an alternate dimension called The Heartland. This pocket dimension is one of tranquility and healing.

Invulnerability: Currently there is nothing known on Earth that can kill him. However, he seems to be less resistant to military weapons not made in North America.

Limited Clairvoyance: Protectorate sometimes sees visions of events yet to happen. The stronger the vision the sooner the event. These visions come unbidden, and are not something he can control.

Size Alteration - Superhuman Reflexes

Superhuman Speed: Protectorate is capable of running or moving at a peak velocity between Mach-1 to Mach-2 (approximately 1,520 mph)

Superhuman Stamina: Protectorate can fully exert himself for more than 24-hours before his body begins to feels the effects of fatigue.

Superhuman Strength: At full strength he is capable of lifting up to 25 tons. At his weakest he is still capable of lifting up to 800 pounds.

Super-Leaping: He is capable of leaping up to two mile in height or one mile in distance.

Supersonic Flight: His flight speed, at peak velocity, is between Mach-2 and orbital velocity (approximately 17,000 mph).

Ultrasound: Protectorate can scream or whistle in the ultrasonic range.

Birthday: While the two spirits forming Protectorate died on July 4^th, the physical being of Protectorate did not appear until later in the year. Sometime between November 21^st and December 21^st, making him a Sagittarius. This late arrival is theorized to coincide with the final removal of the border posts between Canada and the United States of America.
