Android Body:

Concussion Blasters: Laser channeled plasma beam with high and low density plasma options.

Encephalo-beam: Located in the head cavity, the encephalo beam plunges its victims into a deathlike coma. It also allows Bolt to mesmerize and outright control his victims, or implant subliminal hypnotic commands within their minds to be enacted at a later time.

Energy Absorption: Multi-spectrum resonating inducting antenna array convert electromagnetic radiation into electric energy for use or storage.

Flight Speed: Artificial Flight: When needed he has boot jets that enable him to fly.

Localized Chronokinesis:

Bolt's lightning-infused android body has the ability to alter time relative to himself, as opposed to utilizing the Bowen Force much like Lightstreak. Rather than using the Bowen Force Like most of the speedsters do. He can apparently use this ability to move at "speeds" rivaling those of even the fastest of the speedsters, and usually, "faster" than the speeds that even Killstreak can muster in most cases. Since Bolt is not actually moving at super speed (rather, he is greatly slowing down time relative to himself, and can make himself so "fast" that even most of the other speedsters look to him to be moving in slow motion.) The temporal nature of his speed allows him to avoid the usual problems encountered by other speedsters (friction, seeing and hearing at such near-light speeds, etc.), whose automatic and unconscious use of the Bowen Force overcomes those problems. As he is moving at a normal velocity, and the rest of the world is "slow", those hindrances simply do not affect him. This aspect also means that he is unable to become intangible like other speedsters can by vibrating their molecules at certain frequencies, giving them a distinct advantage. He can use his manipulation of time to speed up the molecules of an object or being causing them to vibrate till they explode. He also has the power to steal someone else's personal time by pushing them backwards down their own timeline

Program Transmitter:

Located in the head cavity, the program transmitter can project Bolt's entire 13.2 petabyte memory/personality system into some computer systems by means of a collimated, high bit-rate magnetic inductance beam. He can beam part or all of Bolt's programming into remote locations such as computers or alternate robotic bodies. Bolt can often control other machines remotely even if he has not transplanted his consciousness into them. One recent Bolt model developed hive-mind technology, allowing him to animate and control hundreds of alternate Bolt bodies at the same time, becoming a robotic one-man army. Bolt has created a variety of robots and androids over the years, and while the more sophisticated ones typically turn against him sooner or later, they all feature subliminal programming which allows Bolt to manipulate them if need be (most notably a subliminal command to rebuild Bolt if he is destroyed).

Durability: Virtually Indestructible: Bolt's outer shell is usually composed of 8^thbranium (an upgrade he did himself after gaining sentience), rendering it almost totally impervious to damage; however, his internal mechanisms are generally less durable and more easily damaged. His neck, knee, ankle, elbow, shoulder, wrist, and finger joints are finely tessellated titanium alloy to permit flexing. He is able to withstand concussive blasts and the heat of a 100 megaton atomic bomb.

Strength: Level-100: Bolt is incredibly strong and can lift at least 100 tons.

Technoforming:

Through the course of his numerous upgrades and refits, Bolt has gained a host of unique and powerful mechanical applications to his specially modified frame. One of the most prolific of these abilities lays in the robots capacity to physically bend matter and machinery to his every whim. His own mechanics as well as foreign constructs are putty in his hands. Enabling the creation and projection of bio-metallic excess which can grow and spread by assimilating base matter situated from all around it, alternating his own physical shape to project weapons, equipment or increasing armor integrity. Bolt can also bolster his own power and might by absorbing the surroundings into himself to build larger and more elaborate mechanical constructs.

Tractor Beams: High frequency pulsed magnetic graviton particle containment fields. Computer-assisted field control configures gravitons into various shapes which alter the local effects of gravity.

Internal Weakness: an internal molecular re-arranger that renders the 8^thbranium components of his internal workings more malleable, thus giving him a means to remodel or reconstruct his physical form. However, it has no effect on his outer armor, so it is virtually impossible to disable it from the outside.

Pick-Apart: Bolt's non-8^thbranium parts can be destroyed, meaning that he can be defeated by foes with shrinking powers who can easily attack his non-8^thbranium parts.

Power Limitation: Bolt cannot vibrate his molecules like his speedster enemies enough to phase through solid matter. Because of this Killstreak was able to gain considerable distance on Bolt because Bolt would need to run around the physical blockades.

Meaning of Name: As the term "bolt" can mean "fasten (an object) to something else," it can also mean "(of a person) move or run away suddenly" or "a jagged white flash of lightning".

Voice: If the Amalgam Universe 2.0 were to become a cartoon, the voice of Bolt should be James Spader.
