Part of a team of treasure hunters, Zelená Síly was investigating rumors of a hidden buried temple in the Chráněná krajinná oblast Beskydy area of the Česká republika. Unfortunately, her team did not tell her they were not there legally. She did not realize that until the military showed up to arrest them all for trespassing.

Realizing she had been fooled she quickly dove into the dark forest of the night, narrowly escaping from the authorities.

For the next few hours she slipped from cover to cover, working her way slowly back to the vehicles they had left behind, hoping the authorities had not confiscated them all yet. She knew that took time. But she got lost and suddenly found herself at the ivy-covered wall of the ancient temple they had been looking for. But that is as far as she got.

Suddenly, there was a great roar of sound and the entire forest lit up as an enormous energy wave swept through the trees and through her!

As the roar subsided, she heard a high-pitched whine and looked up in time to see a UFO, trailing smoke and fire, heading straight for her. Running as fast as she could, Zelena dove off into the underbrush just as the spacecraft struck the temple wall where she had first been standing!

The Great Burn that caused the particle wave that swept the planet happened to also disrupt the guidance system of an alien craft, causing it to crash land near Zelena. The crashed craft toppled over landing atop of Zelena's legs, pinning her to the forest floor. As the craft settled, Zelena watched in pain and terror as a compartment slid open and she saw she was within reach of the alien pilot. Horse-like features, but humanoid. Pure white with skinny arms, and only three fingers and a thumb on each hand. Sturdy build, though that could be the spacesuit, the body of the alien looked to be tall. From what she could see it looked like the alien's legs bent backwards instead of forwards like a human. And were those hooves?

As she lay there, struggling to remove her body from the UFO, Zelena realized she was dying. The craft had not just pinned her but had cut her in half. She was bleeding her life away. Looking up she saw the alien had suffered a blow to the head and, since it was not responding, was either knocked out or dead. As she started to fade, she realized this would be her last chance to do something no one else could do. She reached out to touch the aliens dangling hand.

Upon contact Zelena suddenly could sense that he, for the alien was male, had suffered major brain damage and his mind was slipping away! Wanting to try and save him she reached out a mental hand to grab his and instantly there was chaos! Her mind suddenly was inundated with experiences and information and colors and just as suddenly it stopped.

As she opened her eyes, she became disoriented for she was now looking down at her own body. With shock she realized that the dying alien had merged with her causing her to become the dominant and only mind in the aliens' male body. The alien's mind had been too damaged and died, but the body was still strong enough to survive. The opposite was true for Zelena.

Now, possessing the body of an alien male, Zelena would find this transference had left her with more than just a new body and gender. The alien had been a scout for his people in the hopes of locating a suitable world for them to colonize since theirs had been destroyed by a great evil. A scout, in his world, was an amazing and dangerous calling. Not only to be the first on new planets, but it also came with abilities all scouts were given for the rest of their lives.

These powers would allow them to travel the cosmos safely as well as handle any dangers that popped up on strange worlds.

Zelena knew she could never return home, but she did not care, it was not much of a home. So, she decided to remain in the wilds of the continent. Sometimes she would protect those in harms way, other times she would sabotage the destruction of the untouched wilderness.

A growing legend among the people and rarely ever seen, Zelena was given the name, Bílý Hříva, by locals, who spread her legend to any who will listen.
