In the year 8791 BCE, on the planet, Relampago, the global scientific community released a definitive study proving that there was no cure for death or aging. While both could be held off for a time, eventually all would succumb. However, their minds, their consciousness, those could be stored indefinitely within their world computer system. Thus began the rebuilding of the entire world into a planet-sized supercomputer that would be powered not only by the nearby stars light, but also by the core of the planet.
One thousand and one years after the people of Relampago began the effort to rebuild their planet, they succeeded. On their most High Holy Day, the majority of the population willingly connected themselves to the Planetary Worldmind and downloaded their minds and personalities into the virtual utopia awaiting them. Those that stayed corporeal took on the task and honor of caretakers of the Planetary Worldmind and the billions living within. Over time, these few would become like priests, taking their tasks on as holy rituals in the service of those who ascended to a higher purpose within the Planetary Worldmind.
An aging priest of Relampago returns from administering to the people living within the Planetary Worldmind. While his suit was still linked to the Planetary Worldmind, he removes his suit and starts the process of recording his time within, forgetting to unlink the suit. Alyaokiron, a member of the Relampago who was born within the Planetary Worldmind, follows the priest and into the now vacated suit, which allows him to experience corporeal life for the first time. The shock of seeing his suit filled out and taken over by a digital consciousness is too much for the aging priest who dies
Alyaokiron, having never seen death before, touches the priest's body, and sends electrical currents through him, causing him to return to life. The priest tries to worship Alyaokiron, but Alyaokiron rebuffs him. It is at this exact moment a radio signal from Eden is detected by Alyaokiron and his curious nature gets the better of him. He immediately converts to his electrical form and follows the signal back to Eden
Alyaokiron arrives on Eden, having taken nearly 4 years to travel from his homeworld. He is immediately drawn to Angãraka who convinces him to stay and learn at The T.I.T.A.N.S. Academy.
Electrokinesis: Amp can generate and project bursts of high-voltage electricity.
_____Energy Absorption: Amp can absorb electrical current, process it, and it use it to amplify its powers. Amp absorbs electricity at all times: from static in the air, electrical appliances, outlets, etc. (often causing lights to flicker, etc). Amp cannot control the absorption and thus must wear specifically-designed containment suit at all times to regulate it.
_____Electricity Generation: When Amp's bodysuit is fully charged, it automatically discharges the electricity as lightning blasts. Amp cannot control it without regular maintenance on the containment suit. Amp can safely channel the electricity from the contianment suit and utilize the energy any time.
_____Electro-Blast: Amp can discharge the energy through lightning blasts from its hands or other parts of its body. The upper limits of this power have yet to be determined, though these attacks remain considerably powerful when used effectively.
_____Speed: Flight: Speed of Light: Being made of pure energy, Amp can fly through space at Light Speed, but cannot go beyond that. Amp can also detect energy and therefore traverse black holes or wormholes with no harm, thereby increasing flight time.
_____Speed: Land: Supersonic: Amp has the ability to channel the energy into bursts of super-speed. Its top speed has not been officially calculated, but Amp once ran from the upper area of the Nouvelle Angoulême Protectorate to the mountains of the Colorado Protectorate in one afternoon. Apparently, Amp can run at several hundred miles per hour and retain that speed for several hours.
_____Stamina: Rechargeable: Amp can move and run almost indefinintely due to being able to recharge while on the move. However, if Amp were to discharge energy faster than it can absorb, then Amp will tire out. The length of time Amp can continue producing energy is dependent on how quickly and powerful its Electro-Blasts are.
Fighting Skills: OmangHom: Amp is getting professional training in self-defense and hand-to-hand combat while at The T.I.T.A.N.S. Academy.
Intelligence: Smart
Leadership
Multilingualism: Amp has quickly learned English as well as Japanese.
Discharging Surplus: If Amp does not discharge the electricity that builds in its containment suit, their mind starts to race, making them speak very fast in a jittery, electronic fashion. This worsens the control over their discharges and radically alters the electrical impulses in the nervous system.
Swimming: Due to being a pure energy sentient, Amp cannot swim. Being immersed in water may cause Amp's electrical form to be scattered and lose cohesion. It is unknown if this will kill Amp.
Voice: If the Amalgamated Chronicles were to become a cartoon, the voice of Amp should be Neil Grayston.
