History

Written by: Joshua W. Murcray

Hinri Al-Fasaud was born in April of 1987 into a family with a long history of espionage and covert operations. He was trained from a young age in the art of deception, manipulation, and strategy. Al-Fasaud's natural talents and intelligence quickly made him a rising star in the espionage world. He worked for various government agencies and organizations, honing his skills and building a reputation as a master spy and strategist, taking on the codename, Agent Smith from his favorite movie series.

During the Great Reset and Aftermath

Agent Smith, initially shocked and disoriented, struggled to adapt to the new reality. He was forced to rely on his skills and experience to survive in a harsh environment. As he navigated the chaos, he started to see opportunities to manipulate events or individuals to his advantage. He might have worked behind the scenes, using his abilities to influence decisions or shape policy.

As a former oil minister for Iraq, he was well-versed in political savvy, strategic thinking, and familiarity with international relations. His experience in the oil industry gave him insight into global power dynamics and the importance of resource management.

His background in espionage had given him the skills to gather information, navigate complex webs, and adapt to covert situations. All his skills he used to insert himself into the highest branches of the struggling United States government. Within he began to subtly influence decisions or shape policy.

Despite his ambitions, when given the role of liaison to the United 8 of North America he was at first irritated and felt demoted. But when he realized that the team only knew what he told them, when it comes to their orders and missions, he knew he had a unique opportunity to guide a team of super-powered individuals and one day gain the power he himself wanted. After all, he had time, he did not age, and knew he would out-live most of them.

Personality Traits

Smith is a chameleon-like character, able to blend in and adapt to any situation. He is driven by a desire for power and control, but also has a strong sense of loyalty to those he cares about. Smith's moral compass is gray, and he is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his objectives.

Agent Smith serves as a high-ranking government liaison, using his skills to influence and shape policy. He is a master of manipulation, using his charm and intelligence to get what he wants. Smith's true loyalties and motivations are unknown, even to those closest to him.

On the surface, he's a loyal government liaison and member of United 8 of North America, working towards the greater good. However, his pre-Reset personality and experiences make him long for the old days of espionage and intrigue. He feels trapped in this new world of cooperation and teamwork, leading to inner turmoil and potential conflicts.

Gifts

(See The Grid)

Electronic Consciousness :

Since he is, at the core, an energy being, Agent Smith is extremely difficult to permanently destroy, as he can transfer his electronic consciousness into any nearby machine. The maximum distance range of this transfer is unknown.

_____Technomorphing: Unlike most technopaths, Agent Smith does not just command electronics and adjacent power sources, he incorporates them into himself energy and all. Any nearby machinery becomes an extension of his conscious self. He can take any apparatus and, once it is a part of him, transform it into anything his mind can imagine, and thanks to time spent traveling across many countries, he can imagine a lot. Among other abilities, Agent Smith can animate the energies powering them, combining both aspects to construct any technological device, control any energized and change the shape of the technological components of his or the "bodies" of other cybernetic beings (most frequently changing one or both of his hands into various energy weapons such as energy cannons).

REDACTED/Cyborg Physiology (abilities available only while possessing his hybrid REDACTED/cybernetic body) :

Thanks to his interactions with Superion's birthing matrix, Agent Smith possesses knowledge of both Superion's REDACTED genetic code and REDACTED technology. This information allows Agent Smith to construct bodies with organic portions that are genetically identical to Superion and mechanical components built from REDACTED alloys. Using Superion's genetic code gives Agent Smith access to all of Superion's powers, including super strength, speed, invulnerability and senses.

Enhanced Senses: He also possess a superior sensory arrangement of microscopic, telescopic, infrared and ultraviolet visual capabilities. He is able to see the entire spectrum: microscopic, chemical, x-ray, auditory, ultrasonic, magnetic, photonic, etc.

_____Heat Vision: He can, as a conscious act, fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. He can vary the heat and area affected.

_____Super Hearing: His hearing is sensitive enough to hear any sound at any volume or pitch. With skill and concentration, he can block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source or frequency.

Speed: Flight: Speed of Light: He is able to manipulate graviton particles to defy the forces of gravity and achieve flight. This ranges from hovering to moving in any posture, in any direction. He is not as fast as Killstreak while in physical form, he can achieve Sub-Light speed in space. In his electrical form, he can fly at Light Speed whether in an atmosphere or in space.

Durability: Virtually Indestructible: His body is nigh-invulnerable due to his superhumanly dense cellular and anatomical structure as well as his radiating bio-electrical aura.

Radio Communication

Super-Breath: He can create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from his lungs. He can chill the air as it leaves his lungs to freeze targets. He can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into his lungs.

Speed: Land: Orbital Velocity: While in the atmosphere of a planet, Agent Smith, in physical form, can achieve Orbital Velocity.

Stamina: Cosmic: He can maintain continuous physical actions for an undefined period.

Strength: Herculean: The exact limits of Agent Smith's strength is unknown, but he has been shown as capable of being far stronger than Ironclad, and been known to match strengths with Superion.

Skill(s)

(See The Grid)

Computer Hacking

Gadgetry

Intelligence: Tech-Enhanced: Agent Smith has shown enhanced intelligence and computational abilities; his mind works sharply and with extreme speed. His analytic powers are impressive — he can use his senses to read information directly from machines (and, with careful usage of his heat vision, he can even reprogram machines). In his wanderings around the world he has accumulated knowledge of various civilizations.

_____Eidetic Memory: Due to his cybernetic enhanced brain, Agent Smith has an Eidetic Memory.

Multilingualism

Weaknesses

Electrical Insulation

Thunder/Lightning Storms

Loss of Control: If Agent Smith loses control of his powers it could cause him to dissipate for a time. He is able to reconstitute himself, but it takes time depending on the extent of the explosion.
