Born in Seoul Special City, Republic of Korea, Tora was a performer at birth, always loving to laugh and wiggle around. As she got older she would sing every chance she could get. Her parents got her into an audition for a pre-teen K-pop band and her singing and dancing got her the job.

At the age of thirteen, Tora was performing with the band in Norway when puberty hit, and so did her meta-mutant powers. Her skin turned dark blue, her ears grew to points, her hair and eyes changed color and she started generating intense cold.

After covering half the stage in ice and snow, she was removed from the band and her parents sent her to The T.I.T.A.N.S. Academy to learn to control her new powers.

At the Academy, she took the name Tor-Luna, in honor of the full moon that shone over the stage when her powers manifested.

Cryokinesis:

Tor-Luna can produce dark ice for destruction and light ice for healing. She can, at will, project in various forms quantities of ice and snow through her hands just enough to down an opponent. She can create platforms of ice upon which she can skate. She is able to generate larger amounts of ice and snow, and conjure massive icy figures.

Dancer: She is a naturally talented dancer, and improved some while performing with the band.

Hand-to-Hand Combat (Basic): She is just starting to learn the basics of fighting while training at the Academy.

Singer: She is a naturally talented singer who improved quite a bit while training and performing with the band.
