In the year 2089, Flair has joined The T.I.T.A.N.S. in a mission to stop the advancement of a being known as The Annihilator, who is bent on destroying this universe. On the fourth day of non-stop battle, in a desperate move, The Annihilator kills all of its minions in order to absorb their energies for one last trip throuogh time, and it vanishes. The heroes remaining are left stranded because only the speedsters, like Flair, are able to follow The Annihilator.
Running together the team of speedsters race into the timestream and find The Annihilator has reappeared in the year 2021. The time-jump has weakened The Annihilator and the team of speedsters were able to discover a chink in its armor and exploit it, finally ending the threat and saving the universe...but at a terrible cost. In order to destroy The Annihilator Flair had to phase into it and then expel his entire Lifeforce energy within The Annihilator, dying in the process.
In the instant of his death, the Grim Reaper appeared to claim the soul of Flair, but was cheated when Flair became a temporal lightning storm and entered the timestream.
Vibrating at incredible strength, this storm traveled forward in time, leaving behind a vibrational wake, and reentered the physical realm as a lightning bolt, breaking through the roof of the FBI Forensic Lab and striking Barry Bowen, throwing him back into a wall of drug samples used for analysis purposes.
The temporal lightning gives Barry amazing abilities that he uses to help bring justice to his city. Creating a makeshift costume (seen here) he calls himself Flair and joins The T.I.T.A.N.S. Academy, as an instructor AND cadet, in order to practice in safety, learn more about his abilities and teach the science of investigation.
Powers
Bowen Force Creator:
The temporal vibrational wake created by the his traveling through the timestream creates what comes to be called the Bowen Force, empowering speedsters even before Barry, himself, becomes Flair. This means Barry is the very source and creator of the Bowen Force that gives him his speed abilities, and he generates it with every step he takes. For this very reason, he is unaffected if any other speedster tries to steal or drain his speed. Flair has shown that he cannot be stopped by any force if he siphons enough Bowen Force.
Lightforce Generation:
A side-effect of his being electrocuted while being coated in various drugs, Flair is the very source of the electrical Bowen Force energy that all speedsters generate. This Bowen Force lightning emanates off of him, especially when moving at super-speed which he calls Lightforce. He produces much more than normal speedsters do being the generator of the Bowen Force, but is usually conservative in the use of his Lightforce powers. Overuse of his powers could be fatal as it is the one thing that does drain him of the Bowen Force. The reason for this is, for Flair, his Lightforce is super-concentrated Bowen Force that literally comes from him. Flair generates and stores this Lightforce energy automatically but if he overuses his Lightforce projections it can slow him down. On the flip side, if he goes for more than a week or so without using his Lightforce powers he will become fevered and delirious, and eventually discharge his energy involuntarily.
Superhuman Speed:
Flair has the potential to be the fastest of the speedsters, and is arguably one of the fastest beings in all of existence. He is fast enough to easily outpace Superion, as well as break any dimensional barrier and even enter the Bowen Force itself, and is one of the few people to have ever escaped from it. Flair is fast enough to run on actual photons, molecules, clouds and even ride on energy blasts. His speed is so immeasurable that he has moved faster than and reacted in less than an attosecond.
Accelerated Healing: Like all conduits of the Bowen Force, Flair is capable of regenerating from harm much faster than any normal human.
Bowen Force Aura: The Bowen Force manifests an aura around the speedster and whatever they are carrying, protecting them from adverse effects of their speed, such as friction with the air, airborne particulate matter, kinetic impacts, G-Force and the like.
Decelerated Aging: All conduits to the Bowen Force age much slower than normal, though the exact rate is unknown.
Dimensional Travel: Flair is capable of breaking the dimensional barrier with his speed to traverse between dimensions, to enter the Bowen Force at will.
Enhanced Mental Process: Flair's mental capacities are greatly enhanced by the Bowen Force, allowing him to think at the speed of light and perceive events that last less than an attosecond. He is also capable of reading at superhuman rates, accumulating mass amounts of knowledge in seconds. However, unlike W🗲red, the knowledge does not stay in his memory very long and disappears after a short time.
Enhanced Senses: The Bowen Force grants Flair enhanced senses that allow him to perceive the world at a rate attuned to his reaction speed.
Enhanced Vision: Flair can see objects and beings that are rendered invisible at normal speed, but visible to him at superspeed. His Lightforce powers allow him to see in the entire spectrum.
Flight: Flair can achieve aerial locomotion either by creating cyclones or spinning his body like a propeller. Like Deadrun, Flair is capable of running in the frictionless vacuum of space/time or even from beyond the life barrier without need of a solid surface to run along.
Interstellar Travel: Flair can fly by directing his atomic-molecular motion in the direction one wishes to travel in, i.e. syncing his Lightforce frequency with those of ultra-light waves to traverse planetary distances with ease. By running around the Earth until he reaches escape velocity, Flair can soar throughout outer space, as long as he provides vibrational Lightforce to grant him jet-propelled thrust in mid-flight.
Invisibility: When he runs or vibrates at high speeds he is able to appear invisible.
Lightforce Daggers: Flair can form 6-inch "light daggers" which he can throw from his hands. Those hit by these knives have their own lifeforce disrupted. Flair can then drain a portion of their lifeforce; enough to kill if he wishes. Normally he chooses to leave them in a state of shock. It seems that these daggers allow Flair to either drain the lifeforce of the person struck by one or it allows that person to see how their life might be different if they can chose a different path. His daggers seem to connect the person hit with an alternate reality where they lived a different life. The experience is powerful enough to make most individuals rethink their choices, although a hardened criminal or evil being is unlikely to change their ways. At full strength these daggers can also teleport someone to another location, though the location seems to be random. It is hoped that as Flair practices and grows, his control will allow him to choose the destination. The maximum effective range of a thrown dagger is unknown, but the daggers seem to weaken with distance. Flair has a limited ability to control their flight and reinforce them by compelling them to seek targets. They can track a being over a short distance.
Lightforce Detoxification: Flair's energy can also "purge" a person, removing toxins, drugs, and other malignant substances from their system. It also has the capacity to cure certain persons of drug addictions.
Lightforce Manipulation: Sometimes Flair can redirect the daggers after they ricochet, other times the daggers are dispersed if they hit a non-living thing. He can project his Lightforce energy in a diffused manner, allowing him to illuminate dark areas as if by natural light.
Molecular Acceleration: Flair can vibrate his own molecular structure at varying degrees for a number of purposes. E.g. by vibrating at super speed, Flair can detect the directions of broadcast signals to different television stations, by adjusting to different frequencies; to home in on their point of origin. He has used his vibrations to allow himself to be able to run on actual photons, molecules, clouds and even ride and control energy blasts.
Negate Infinity Beams: Flair is capable of negating the effects of Grim Reaper's Infinity Beams, as his Lightforce energy seems to absorb or deflect it.
Phasing: By vibrating his molecules on an atomic level, and by doing so at just the right frequency, Flair can allow himself to become momentarily intangible, and phase through objects such as walls. Flair can even vibrate other people's molecules to allow them to pass through solid objects and can even do it when throwing them at superspeed.
Reality Alteration: By preventing events in the past while time-traveling, Flair can unintentionally alter the present reality.
Superhuman Agility: Flair's agility, balance and bodily coordination are enhanced to superhuman levels. This allows him to easily make sharp turns and leap far distances while moving at superhuman speed.
Superhuman Durability: Flair is capable of resisting tremendous kinetic impact forces that could easily crush or kill a human, without suffering any serious external or internal injuries, making him much more durable than any human.
Superhuman Reflexes: Flair possesses reflexes far greater than a normal human being. This allows him to easily react to danger and events, and perceive the world in slow motion.
Superhuman Stamina: Flair's body can handle the stress of moving at superhuman speeds for extended periods of time without getting tired or weak.
Superhuman Strength: Flair is strong enough to carry Behemoth from the Protectorate of Iowa all the way to the Metropolitan Nation of Australia.
Superhuman Hearing: Flair can hear supersonic sounds, due to his super swift body being geared to those vibrations.
Time-Travel: Flair is capable of using his speed to break the time barrier, allowing him to travel throughout various points in time.
Vortex Creations: By rotating his arms at super speed or running in a circular motion, Flair can manipulate the airflow around him to create strong vortexes of wind.

Adaptability: Flair has shown that he can adjust to almost any scenario, such as when he was switching between training "attacks" from Amp, Jubilent and Syber.

Dancing: Flair is an experienced dancer. He was also blind for a time, so he knows how to move unhindered without being able to see.
