Geokinesis:

Skouer can mentally manipulate the earth and soil in her vicinity, causing it to rumble, change shape, levitate, or burst forth to attack her enemies. She is also able to produce seismic waves which have the effect of small, localized earthquakes. Skouer can transform the consistency of earth and rock, tap into lava flows, and create shapes out of solid rock.

Sand Form:

Skouer has the ability to convert herself into a destructive sand blast by simultaneously transforming the substance of her body into loose silicon particles and creating an explosive release at her center, expelling her sandy mass at high velocity in all directions, then causing her particles to reassemble themselves back into her human form. With apparent telepathic control, she can then move at high velocity resembling a sand storm. The sand storm effect is strong enough to destroy steel and rip the flesh from one's bones; this is helped by the microscopic edges of the sand particles acting as tiny blades. She can also enter people's lungs and scour them from the inside.

Decelerated Aging: Because of her silicon form, she no longer ages.

Enhanced Durability: Skouer's skin, bone, and muscle are augmented to make them stronger and harder than human; impervious to injury to a certain extent.

Magical Resistance: Skouer is very hard to magically detect or influence while in sand-like form.

Precognitive Nightmares: Skouer possesses a limited form of precognition, which manifests as occasional prophetic nightmares. This ability was psychically passed to her by the literal Sandman of folklore.

Self-Sustenance: She does not need air and is immune to gas.

Silica Phasing: Skouer can pass her molecules through solid objects that contain traces of silica and is able to travel through the earth as easily as one would swim through water.

Telepathic Resistance: Skouer is very hard to telepathically detect or influence while in her sand-like form, even for more powerful telepaths like Elbarani and Thunderbird.

Night Terrors: Her precognitive nightmares are profoundly horrifying and do not allow her to dream as well. They are persistent and will not dissipate until after she has solved the problem but even then only for a couple of days or so. These situations cause increased insomnia and sleep deprivation.

Power Limitations: While in her granular form, Skouer can be weakened by wind or water. Her sand form is also vulnerable to extremes of heat, causing it to crystallize into glass, paralyzing her. Like many transmorphs, she reverts to her human form if exhausted or knocked unconscious.

Vulnerability to Seismic Activity: Due to her powers, Skouer is sensitive to seismic disturbances causing her considerable pain.

Vulnerability to Transmutation: As a permanent silicon-being she can be transmuted by matter manipulation powers.

Philosophy: Skouer is a devout Sunni Muslim.

Similarities: It is a striking coincidence that Skouer's powers and the powers of Krtrim are so similar. Skouer's typical state is that of an airborne dust storm, while Krtrim typically maintains a ground-based solid and roughly-humanoid form.

Wardrobe: In line with Skouer's traditional Muslim philosophy, she chooses to observe Islamic hijab. Her uniforms were constructed out of silica-compounds by Reeds Research Institute, allowing Skouer to bring them with her when she alters her shape.
