Malleable Physiology:

During World War II, Rubber Ducky's meta-mutant powers activated due to puberty while he was dressed in a rubber Rubber Ducky costume for his little brothers birthday party. This caused a body-wide mutagenic process that transformed his physiology, causing his body to mimic the properties of the costume he was wearing. His body now exists in a fluid state, neither entirely liquid or solid. Rubber Ducky, as he goes by, has complete control over his entire molecular structure.

Elasticity/Plasticity: He can stretch his limbs and body to superhuman lengths and sizes. There is no known limit to how far he can stretch his body.

Enhanced Speed: After his powers activated he gained improved speed, moving faster than the human eye can see.

Immortality: Rubber Ducky does not appear to age; if he does, it is at a rate far slower than that of normal human beings. He has not visibly aged, mentally or physically, since World War II.

Invulnerability: Rubber Ducky's powers extraordinarily augment his durability. He is able to withstand corrosives, punctures and concussions without sustaining any injury (although he can be momentarily stunned). He is resistant to high velocity impacts that would kill an ordinary person, resistant to blasts from energy weapons, and is completely bullet proof.

Regeneration: He is able to regenerate and/or assimilate lost or damaged tissue, though it does take a long time, it is far faster than an ordinary human.

Rubber Organs: Rubber Ducky's organs are rubber as he is; he also shifts them around in his body to prevent harm. He does not keep his brain in his head, which has allowed him to survive decapitation.

Shape-Shifting: He can contort his body into various positions and sizes impossible for ordinary humans, such as being entirely flat so that he can slip under a door or using his fingers to pick conventional locks. He can also use it for disguise by changing the shape of his face and body. In addition, he can alter his bodily mass and physical constitution at will, there is virtually no limit to the sizes and shapes he can contort himself into. With great concentration, he can change his color.

Size Alteration: He can shrink himself down to a few inches tall (posed as one of Vigilante's utility belt pockets) or become a titan (the size of skyscrapers). When he is Rubber Ducky he stands at over four feet, but when he reverts to his default form, he returns to his two-foot height, though his mass is equal to someone twice his height.

Superhuman Agility: These stretching powers grant Rubber Ducky heightened agility enabling him flexibility and coordination that is extraordinarily beyond the natural limits of the human body.

Superhuman Reflexes & Precision: Rubber Ducky's reflexes have been honed to the point of utmost precision, allowing him to allegedly move faster than the eye can see. He is also capable of catching a knife being thrown at him or avoid it.

Superhuman Strength: He can alter his strength by growing or adding more muscle.

Telepathic Immunity: As stated by Vigilante, "Rubber Ducky's mind is no longer organic. It is untouchable by telepathy."

Ultrasonic Detection: His body will start to "ripple" when an ultrasonic frequency is triggered.

Genius Intellect: Rubber Ducky discovered that he has the potential to be one of the most intelligent beings on Earth, having an intelligence equal to or greater than that of Albert Einstein or Mr. Excelsior. Rubber Ducky let his intelligence atrophy over time, but he could easily become one of the most intelligent beings in any world.

Martial Arts: Rubber Ducky is a master in the martial art Kung Fu, and hence is a surprisingly formidable opponent in hand-to-hand combat, which allows him to defeat opponents more powerful than himself.

Super Fast Learning: During his martial arts training, Rubber Ducky dominated the irrelevance of chronological time, giving him the ability to master a life of studies and training in just three hours and seventeen minutes.

Willpower: As part of his Kung Fu training Rubber Ducky reached a new state of consciousness and developed an immense willpower. Rubber Ducky can use his will to break down material barriers with ease, apparently increasing his strength.

Cigars: In his human form he usually can be seen with a stogie. However, since his lungs are rubber and he does not need to breathe, it is believed these cigars are formed from his body and therefore not real.

Friendly Rivalry: Rubber Ducky is a prankster when it comes to Spector who has, in retaliation, cast a spell on Rubber Ducky, causing him to shape-shift into a giant duck everytime Rubber Ducky calls Spector a jerk.

Rubber Suit: While he normally looks human, his Rubber Ducky form is just that, a form he takes. He knows it looks silly and that works for him when dealing with criminals or police. Plus, as Rubber Ducky is twice his normal height, it makes it easy for him to keep his true identity secret.
