Born in Wiryeseong Special City, Choe Seukos, now known as Carebara Atoma, has made an indelible mark both in academia and the world of extraordinary abilities. An electronics technician and former doctoral student at Seoul Daehakgyo, Choe's journey took a dramatic turn after becoming a subject of a clandestine scientific experiment. This experiment endowed him with the ability to manipulate his size, utilizing Pymler Particles, enabling feats such as reducing himself to the size of an ant while retaining his full mass and strength.

Now a professor at Universidad de Pinar del Río "Hermanos Saíz Montes de Oca" in República de Cubao, Choe is dedicated to his daughter and his academic pursuits. Despite his past as a master thief and his impressive technical skills, his true superpower lies in his intellect and relentless drive. Choe's equipment, including the Atomic-Belt and a cybernetic helmet for insect communication, enhances his unique abilities, making him a formidable force against threats.

Pymler Particles:

Carebara Atoma carries a supply of Pymler Particles in his belt, allowing him to reduce himself to the size of an ant, by means of a rare group of sub-atomic particles, and powered by energy from a blue dwarf star, which he is able to contain in magnetic-field "canisters" (the shape of the magnetic lines of force were made visible by the confined particles, whose concentration caused them to behave like a gas).

These particles, whose wavelength is in the mental range when released, allow Carebara Atoma to reduce himself and other objects in size or enlarge with the push of a button hidden within his gloves. The mechanics involved having most of the mass of the nucleus of each affected atom convert into energetic particles which take up orbit around the nucleus - thus, although gravitation does not affect these particles, the mass of the original volume remains intact.

This means a punch delivered by the half-inch high Carebara Atoma would feel like the blow of a normal-sized man. Carebara Atoma's reducing particle has no time limit to its potency.

Size Alteration: Choe Seukos possesses no superhuman abilities; all his perceived powers derive from his equipment.

Size Difference: While not necessarily a Weakness, Carebara's Suit is not as powerful as Quark's Suit. Carebara Atoma cannot shrink any further than the size of the Carebara Atoma ant.

The Suit:

Atomic-Belt: Choe uses a size-changing belt called the Atomic-Belt to become Carebara Atoma. The Atomic-Belt gave its wearer the ability to take any height from his full size on down to size of the smallest ant, the Carebara Atoma. It also gives him the ability to assume any mass, any weight, and any density at any height, from his full mass on down. The controls for the belt are hidden within his gloves.

Carebara Cap: Carebara Atoma wears a cybernetic helmet designed by Dr. Ramon Henry Pymler permitting him rudimentary communication and control of insects, allowing him to lead hundreds of ants to overwhelm any single opponent. He can broadcast to a range of about one mile (1.6 km), depending on the materials surrounding him. His helmet also contains sound amplification equipment which also shifted the frequency of his voice so that he could be heard by normal-sized humans despite his diminutive size, as well as providing its own oxygen supply.

Singularity Field Generator: This device plugs into the Atomic-Belt, drawing on its power. It translates the environment around Choe when he shrinks, enabling him to breathe. It also maintains Choe's stability for a prolonged period when he shrinks, preventing him from exploding..

Belief System: Choe is a self-professed atheist.

Birthday: Choe Seukos was born in December of 2035.

Costumne Design: Choe got his costume designed by an artist named Luis Filipe, who had just started designing costumes for superpowered individuals.

Height Adjustment: Whenever Choe puts the suit on, it activates to adjust his height and body mass to make him taller and more filled out. This auto-setting helps Choe continue to operate in secret.

Rejection: Wanting to devote more time to his daughter, despite enstrangement with his ex-wife, Choe turned down membership offers from both The T.I.T.A.N.S. as well as the Legion Sinister.

Voice: If Amalgamated Chronicles were to become a cartoon, the voice of Carebara Atoma should be Randall Park.
