Like all Anunnaki, Anu Albidayah has a somewhat cold and stoic demeanor. He has very restricted emotional expressions. Anu Albidayah typically acts as the voice of reason in whatever team he joins and is one of the wisest leaders within the meta-mutant community, along with Mr. Excelsior, Doctor Day, and Dr. Jaq Samson.

Despite his cold exterior, Anu Albidayah is one of the kindest and most noble entities operating on Eden. Genesis has demonstrated enormous willpower, as evidenced by his ability to retain his sanity after the death of his race. He has a subtle sense of humor and an affinity for the chocolate cookie sandwiches Hydrox. Genesis is considered by many to be the heart and soul of the meta-mutant community.

He has spent centuries living among humans and investigating the whole scope of human life. Although his primary human identity is Jonas Jankauskas of Lietuvos Respublika, he has several aliases around the world that he uses. He even spent several months in the shape of a gorilla, living among them to learn about Eden.

Anunnaki Physiology

Genesis has been described as "the Swiss Army knife of meta-mutants". He possesses many of the powers of SUPR_gI_rL.

_____NOTE: Many, if not all of Genesis's powers and abilities are common to members of his race, even if demonstration of such abilities has not been explicitly shown in a canonical resource. His original ability to control his molecular structure stems from his alien physiology.

Born on Nibiru over a millennium ago, from a super advanced civilization, boasting advanced technology and genetic modifications over its people, Genesis would appear to be a genetically modified being with incredible powers stemming from the changes made in his body as he constantly evolved to survive. Whether this is the natural state of the Anunnaki or an advanced state given to only a few individuals is unknown. Genesis's physiology would seem to be composed of a complex molecular chain that resembles polymer bonds but with the ability to be altered at will. Genesis can change his mass, color, relative shape, imitating even clothing if desired. The biopolymer is extremely flexible, durable, incredibly strong for a biological material and apparently self-sustaining. He has also been exposed to at least two different techno-organic viruses over the centuries, which he assimilated and made his own. According to Superion, he can count on one hand the number of beings in the known universe he is afraid to face in open combat. Anu Albidayah is at the top of that list. He is the most powerful being on the face of Eden. Even Beacon agrees that Anu Albidayah is the single most powerful creature on the planet. It is unknown if Genesis actually needs to eat or not, but he has been seen consuming food, particularly "Hydrox", a brand of cookies

Constitution: True Divine: The biomorphic structure of Genesis's body allows him to absorb almost all kinetic energies such as high caliber bullets, shrapnel, or flying debris easily. He can harden his biopolymers by re-binding them and increase his durability to the point where he is nearly on par with Superion. Along with his nigh invulnerability, his shape shifting makes him even more difficult to harm. Hazardous environments do not affect Genesis.

_____Immortality: As an Anunnaki, Genesis is immortal. Though he has been put out of commission or seemingly destroyed for various periods of time, Genesis cannot be permanently killed.

_____Self-Resurrection: Like the other Anunnaki, Genesis has shown to be able to resurrect himself in various ways.

_____Toxic Immunity: In addition, Genesis's immune system protects him from all toxins and diseases (meaning he is unable to succumb to any poison, disease or infection).

_____Anunnaki Laser Vision: The actual nature of this power seems to vary depending on the reports. It has been seen to be a bolt of force, directed by Genesis's eyes causing considerable damage.

_____Precognition: One of these senses could account for instances of Genesis's perceived precognitive abilities.

Invisibility: Genesis can cause the biopolymers in his body to lose their ability to reflect light, rendering Genesis invisible to normal light and human sight. With more increased concentration, he can render himself completely invisible along the electromagnetic spectrum, including the infrared and the ultraviolet ranges of the spectrum. This invisibility does not affect every other sense and he could still be detected by touch.

Matter Absorption: Anu Albidayah has the ability to absorb matter and add it to his own mass. He once used this ability to grow to the size of the Empire State Building and in another occasion to enhance his regenerative abilities.

Matter Manipulation: Genesis has shown the ability to disintegrate an opponent with a touch of his finger.

Meditation: Anunnaki enter a meditative state as a form of sleep.

Mimicry: As Anu Albidayah's lives as real people, Anu Albidayah constantly finds himself acting to the other people in their lives, rarely ever slipping up. Anu Albidayah is so good at this, that he was able to completely mimic Vigilante based off scant memories of those who witnessed him. He also often pretends to be villains, to gain their secrets.

Phasing: Genesis can phase through solid matter. No explanation of this power has been given, but it might possibly be an aspect of his psionic powers, perhaps shifting his mass into another dimension or out of vibrational phase with other objects in this dimension. Since it is known that he can alter the density of his biopolymers, it may be that he can simply become less substantial than solid matter, thereby decreasing the molecular density of his body by loosening the bonds within the biopolymers, due to - and further demonstrating - the absolute control he has over them.

Reflexes: Enhanced: He is able to speed up his reflexes and reaction time.

Self-Molecular Manipulation: Arguably one of the most incredible powers possessed by Genesis is the ability to shape-shift. He is able to literally control the molecular structure of his body's biopolymers and manipulate them into any construct he desires, in addition to and including his own body. He can form clothing and weapons with non-moving or non-functioning parts. There does not seem to be any limit to the number of people Genesis can imitate and has stood in as a double for many famous people. His ability to imitate people and their mannerisms has stood him in good stead for his disguises. He has recently been seen to shape-shift into the size and shape of a common house fly and to enormous sizes comparable to skyscrapers. Genesis can perform the following feats:

_____Animal Mimicry: Genesis can turn into animals, such as Sprokyt, and turned his head into a bird (as seen in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs). According to Genesis, his people, the Anunnaki, were trained on how to take the shapes of beasts.

_____Biomorphing: Genesis is also a non-terrestrial metamorph, able to elongate like taffy, change into machinery, transform his arms and fists into various melee weapons like claws, axes, swords, tentacles, maces, scythes, shields, etc, and ranged weapons like plasma cannons, separate & reattach his own body parts, and even alter his physical appearance at will to blend in with the world around him.

_____Regeneration: Genesis's control over his bodily molecules allow him to regenerate from a single drop of blood. But Genesis, when sustaining immense amount of damage that not even he can heal, can enter a coma-like state of suspended animation during which he may recover from any wounds with the assistance of his Anunnaki technology. Further examples show he has been able to completely regenerate from nothing but his severed hand, regenerate in moments from nothing more than a puddle of green liquid, and in another instance, survived beheading.

_____Self-Power Bestowal: Due to Anu Albidayah's total control over his molecular and sub-molecular structure he can also consciously or spontaneously grant himself with a wide array of new superpowers at will.

_____Size Alteration: Genesis is able to change his size at will; he can increase or decrease the size of his body by taking on additional mass or ridding of it from a presumably extra-dimensional source.

Sorcery: He can use magic, but the extent of his magical capabilities and knowledge are unknown.

Speed: Flight: Escape Velocity: Genesis can enable himself to fly, by either transforming his arms into wings, jets, or by manipulation of gravitons (a subatomic particle associated with the force of gravity), manipulation of magnetic fields and control of his absolute molecular movement (a telekinetic effect). These combine to give him the ability to fly great distances with little fatigue and at great speed. Genesis has also been seen flying in space with no difficulty, and in space he can fly at speeds that have allowed him to keep up with the likes of even Cosmic Storm. Anu Albidayah can therefore fly at speeds exceeding the escape velocity of the planet (7 miles per second) under his own power.

Speed: Land: Escape Velocity: Either through flight or natural movement, Genesis can maintain speed and demonstrates reflexes far in excess to that of most meta-mutants, and for far longer. Like the power of flight, this is accomplished by manipulating the magnetic fields of energy surrounding his body, as well as ambient gravitational particles. Traditionally, Anu Albidayah only uses his superhuman speed while flying. He has admitted that he is not as fast as Superion but this can be argued as he has shown speed feats that are nearly at Superion's level, such as the speed necessary to fly around the planet destroying multiple targets in seconds, while also managing to save Beacon in the end. He can process thoughts, move, and react at super speed as well. Anu Albidayah has also demonstrated that he is fast enough to comfortably catch bullets and other exceedingly fast projectiles.

Stamina: Divine: Genesis's body suffers no fatigue, so much so that he felt it for the first time when he experienced degeneration. Genesis's endurance is just as formidable as his strength and invulnerability. He can operate under extreme conditions for an indeterminate period of time without showing signs of fatigue. The exact range of this power is unknown.

Stealth: Anu Albidayah has utilized stealth on numerous occasions, often using his Invisibility or Mimicry skills, but has also performed fear tactics.

Strength: Cosmic: Genesis possesses superhuman strength that he can further increase by drawing upon outside energy sources; Genesis was shown to be strong enough to physically restrain Wrath, while Wrath was separated from his human self and explicitly lacked the ability to increase his strength with his rage, but also had a stronger base level. Hence, Genesis is above the "LEVEL 100" limit. Genesis is one of the strongest beings on the planet. Genesis's superhuman strength comes from his biomorphic structure formed from immensely long and complex molecular chains, augmented with his psionic and telekinetic abilities allowing him to lift incredible weights without these weights crumbling under the stress. Genesis has been seen lifting tankers out of the ocean for vast distances, stalemating powerhouses like Watchman, and he has even helped tow Luna and objects as large as Eden itself together with Superion. Genesis's strength is great enough to the point that he has drawn blood from beings as durable as SUPR_gI_rL by his punches alone. By modifying the density of these biopolymers, Genesis can make himself stronger by forcing them into tighter bundles. While at a resting state the limits of his strength are unknown, Genesis can lift 100 tons without much effort. He is nearly as strong as the likes of SUPR_gI_rL when concentrating his biopolymers to their full capacity.

_____Super-Leaping: Genesis has demonstrated the ability to jump immense distances.

Super-Breath: The inner valves and chambers inside Genesis's air canals are very dense and greatly enhanced, allowing him to, much like SUPR_gI_rL, create strong hurricane force winds just by exhaling pressurized air from his lungs in an incredibly strong burst.

Telekinesis: Genesis possesses telekinetic abilities enabling him to levitate himself, or others, by sheer force of will and manipulate living beings, inanimate objects, and to some extent energy, psionically. He has described this ability as "molecular hypnosis" and "Anunnaki mind-over-matter".

Telepathy: Genesis is also an accomplished mentalist of undefined extent. An example of his power would be him battling a weakened Thunderbird (a vastly powerful telepath in her own right) within the psyche space and win. Genesis is considered the most powerful telepath on the planet, and is one of the strongest telepathic beings in Earth-3175. He can read the mind of any human with no difficulties, and the only minds that can cause him trouble are insane minds. He can even read the subconscious mind as well. He can read minds over great distances and has been known to scan the mind of every person on Eden within a matter of moments. This telepathy extends to distances as far away as Luna. It is not known whether there is any limit to the number of people he can be attuned to or whether there are any special requirements to being attuned to him. In addition to reading minds, Genesis has a multitude of other telepathic capabilities, one of which allows him to literally reprogram the mind of a subject into believing whatever he wants them to. He can use this ability to help subjects forget things that he does not want them to remember as well as set up post-hypnotic suggestions.

_____Animal Control: While trying to stop a raging Sprokyt, Genesis was able to control him.

_____Astral Projection: This was mentioned in passing during a short conversation, but it has not been confirmed.

_____Mind Control: Genesis can also control other beings minds. Insane minds seem to be the only minds he has some trouble controlling.

_____Psionic Manipulation: At various times Genesis has demonstrated differing but vast levels of mental capacity.

_____Psychic-Link: Genesis is not only immortal like others of his species, but shares a telepathic-link with his fellow Anunnaki that allows them to not only sense each other and where, but can call on each other at will from great distances. He is also able to sense when one rises from their first death and when one is killed by another Anunnaki.

_____Telepathic Assault: Genesis can also use his telepathic abilities in an offensive manner. He has the ability to cause mental shutdown in a target using his psionic powers. Genesis does not use this power often due to the invasive nature and harshness of such a telepathic attack.

_____Telepathic Control & Manipulation: He is able to project his own thoughts and memories or read those of others in order to glean and impart whatever information he desires from them.

_____Telepathic Relay: Otherwise known as a telepathic link. As a telepath, Genesis is able to use his telepathic prowess as a relay station for a group of minds, who can then "speak" to each other through him. This relaying ability seems to be limited to the same range as Genesis's normal telepathic range.

_____Thought Sensing: Genesis can use the mental signature of a being to track it, and can detect life forms by their empathic as well as telepathic signatures. He can detect whether a being is intelligent or not, and can communicate with it empathically if it does not have a communication-driven frame of reference with which normal telepathy may function. He can also detect various states of mind from anywhere in the world.

Diplomacy

Fighting: JüdanSa': Although he does not often engage himself in personal combat, usually relying diplomacy and communication, Genesis is a ruthless combatant and was trained at a young age in both hand-to-hand and with weapons such as swords. He often combines his powers alongside his martial skill in battle. Even before coming to Eden, Anu Albidayah was trained in a variety of fighting arts, including hand-to-hand combat. Under this rigorous training, Anu Albidayah was able to defeat entire groups of Soulless in single combat. Anu Albidayah's expertise in battle has often had him sought out as a combat instructor and teacher, and has taught members of The T.I.T.A.N.S. and MI:X. As Anunnaki constantly study others, Anu Albidayah has proven himself able to quickly adapt, even incorporate moves he saw in manga. Anu Albidayah has received training from Bastaphra and Vigilante. Anu Albidayah is a superb tactician and leader as well as an excellent hand-to-hand combatant.

_____Swordsmanship: Anu Albidayah has matched and even defeated Olympian in swordplay. Anu Albidayah has even utilized in swordplay against a mind controlled Superion while under the guise of Bastaphra.

_____Weaponry: Is skilled in the use of a trident.

Intelligence: All-Knowing: Genesis possesses highly advanced reasoning and logic capabilities and uses them to great effect. Onyx once claimed that Ted Hoskin's mind (IQ 192) was second only to that of Anu Albidayah. On Nibiru, everyone had to fulfill dual roles and Anu Albidayah, apart from a law-enforcer, was a philosopher, adept in such high concepts as the Algebra of Ethics, the Law of Identity, and the Law of Causality. Genesis's particularly astute reasoning capabilities and long-term association with Eden's global population gives him an edge in dealing with humans of diverse governments, cultures and religions. As a result, in the northern hemisphere of Eden, Genesis is one of many costumed adventurers battling against entropy, yet in the southern hemisphere, he is more well-known than even Gryphus Oscuro or Bastaphra. Genesis is an extraordinary genius, and has knowledge of certain areas of biology, primarily genetic engineering and mutation, and technology that are far in advance of contemporary science and technology.

_____Pedagogy: Anu Albidayah not only has experience as a school teacher, but he has trained The T.I.T.A.N.S. in mental exercises to help them resist mind control, telepathy and mind attacks. He has even trained Beacon in combat.

Luludanitu Chestpiece: Genesis wears a large, carefully carved Luludanitu stone, one of two from his homeworld, strapped to his chest. Having a piece of his home planet touching his skin allows him to be centered and have greater concentration, as well as better control of his form and powers. The Chestpiece also acts as a repository of ancient Anunnaki lore and knowledge.

Crest: The elongated skull (crest) of Genesis acts as an amplifier that expands and increases his mental abilities.
